Characteristics

Tank: 316L stainless steel tank lid and bottom and part of the tank jacket, the upper part of the high temperature, corrosion-resistant silicon boron glass tank Compliance with the fermentation process.

Stirring system:magnetic drive mechanical stirring system (referred to as magnetic stirring GC) / shaft coupling drive mechanical stirring (referred to as mechanical stirring)

All the inner parts of the tank are mounted on the tank cover, which is very convenient for maintenance and cleaning; the stepless speed adjustment range of 50-1200rpm±5rpm can be set and controlled fully automatically.

Tank cover: air inlet sterilization filter, exhaust condenser, air inlet system with air distributor, flame inoculation port, discharge port, sampling port, replenishment port.

Ventilation:, rotor flow meter display, according to process requirements to adjust the gas flow rate.
