Molecular distillation is considered as the safest mode of separation and to purify the thermally unstable molecules and related compounds with low volatility and elevated boiling point.The process distinguishes the short residence time in the zone of the molecular evaporator exposed to heat and low operating temperature due to vacuum in the space of distillation.

Characteristics

Molecular distillation is made from high borosilicate glass 3.3 and PTFE,which have excellent corrosion resistance.

High-precision distillation barrel allows the liquid to a form a complete and unified thin film on the heated surface.The smooth inner surface,avoid stick and scaling.

Scraper Model and self-cleaning roller Model film forming system are available.

The barrel of the distiller has glass and stainless steel material for selection.

Magnetic force transmission make film forming system separate from motor.The whole system performs a completed sealing.Min Vacuum degree can reach 0.001mba.

The structure of the external double-coil condenser is convenient and flexible for temperature control to meet more temperature needs.
