Mini Ultra-low Temperature Freezer AUTO-CASCADE SYSTEM -86℃ is designed and manufactured for long term storage of a wide range of biological products including viruses, germs, red blood cells, white blood cells and slices. It can be used in blood banks, hospitals, epidemic prevention services, research institutes, electronic and chemical plant laboratories and biological products.

Characteristics

The insulation is designed using the latest generation of VIP technology with a thermal conductivity of 0.005 W(m.K). This allows ULT to insulate more efficiently with less heat loss, resulting in energy and space savings.

The exterior of ULT is made of colorful anticorrosive cold-rolled steel plate, and the interior is made of SUS403 material for better performance. Various configurations and humanized design bring great convenience to users.

The automatic cooling system adopts a high-power compressor to drive the unique mixed refrigerant to make the cabinet cool down quickly. The system is simple in structure, energy-saving and easy to maintain.

Standard features include built-in USB data logger, remote alarm and RS485 interface. Optional chart recorders, water cooling systems and CO2/LN2 backup systems are available.

High and low temperature alarm, power failure alarm, high and low voltage alarm, sensor failure alarm, low battery alarm, condenser heat dissipation alarm, system failure alarm, etc. ensure the safety of stored samples, and the start-up delay and shutdown interval protection functions ensure reliable operation.

The door handle can be easily operated with one hand, and the automatic pressure relief port allows the door to be opened and closed frequently during daily use. The file box is designed to hold daily record documents.
