1.The laboratory jaw crusher (referred to as jaw crusher for short) is mainly used for medium particle size crushing of various ores and bulk materials.

2.It can crush materials with compressive strength not greater than 320Mpa, including coarse crushing and fine crushing. PE series jaw crusher has complete specifications, and its feeding granularity is 125mm~1200mm. It is a primary powder crushing equipment.

3.The equipment is mainly used for coarse, medium and fine crushing of limestone, calcium carbide, calcium carbide slag, shale, basalt, river pebbles, bluestone and other ores. The main structure of the jaw crusher in the laboratory: frame, eccentric shaft, large belt pulley, flywheel, side guard plate, elbow plate, back seat of the elbow plate, clearance adjusting screw, return spring, fixed jaw plate and movable jaw plate, among which the elbow plate also plays a role of insurance. The crushing mode of this series of jaw crusher is curved extrusion type.

The motor drives the belt and pulley to make the movable jaw move up and down through the eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw rises, the included angle between the elbow plate and the movable jaw becomes larger, thus pushing the movable jaw plate closer to the fixed jaw plate.

At the same time, the materials are crushed by multiple crushing such as extrusion, rubbing and grinding. When the movable jaw moves downward, the included angle between the toggle plate and the movable jaw becomes smaller. The movable jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the action of the pull rod and the spring.

At this time, the crushed materials are discharged from the lower mouth of the crushing chamber. With the continuous rotation of the motor, the crusher jaw is used for periodic crushing and discharging to achieve mass production.
