How To Use An Low Temperature Freezer For Cell Storage?

Observe the cells first, prepare a 15ml centrifuge tube, add PDS to wash off the culture medium, discard PDS, add 2ml trypsin, observe the cell digestion with a microscope to see if the cells become rounded, add 2ml complete culture medium to terminate the trypsin digestion, and blow the cells down from the bottom of the dish.

Transfer the cells into centrifuge tube for centrifugation, take out 2ml cell cryovial, record the cell name and freezing date, discard the supernatant, and then add 90% complete culture medium, add 10% DMSO, blow well.

The cells were put into 2ml cell cryovial and temporarily stored in a 4C lockable medical fridge. When leaving the cell room, remove the cell cryovial, then put the cell cryovial into the cell cryobox, and put the cell cryobox into the -86C medical deep freezer for 24 hours. The next day take the liquid nitrogen, pour the liquid nitrogen into the foam box, cover the foam lid as soon as possible, put the cells into the cryobox, and put the cryobox into the foam box.

Take out the corresponding cryobox from the liquid nitrogen tank, put on the protective tools, take out the cryobox from the cryo rack of the liquid nitrogen tank, put the cryovials into the cryobox according to the number, then put the cryobox back to the cryo rack of the liquid nitrogen tank, lock the locking button, and put the cells into the liquid nitrogen tank for freezing.



 

Which Drugs/Medicines Are Stored In The Low Temperature Freezer?
